Partner Terms
1. The program
The sabaki.dance partner (“ambassador”) program rewards partners for onboarding event organizers to the sabaki.dance ticketing and boost features. Participation requires an application and individual approval by sabaki.dance.
2. Independent partnership — no employment
Partners act as independent, self-employed contractors. This program does not create an employment relationship, agency, or joint venture. Partners have no authority to enter into agreements on behalf of sabaki.dance, may not make promises beyond the published product and pricing, and are responsible for their own taxes and social contributions.
3. Attribution
An organizer is attributed to a partner when they open sabaki.dance through the partner’s personal link and subsequently connect a Stripe account (start of payment onboarding). Attribution is first-come, permanent, and limited to one partner per organizer. Self-attribution is excluded.
4. Commission
The partner receives 30% of the platform revenue sabaki.dance earns from an attributed organizer (buyer-side booking fees on ticket and pass sales, and event boosts) for 24months from the attribution date. Commissions are credited to the partner’s Sabaki balance, remain valid for 12 months, and are reversed when the underlying purchase is refunded. Payouts run via Stripe from a balance of €50 and require a connected Stripe account.
5. Conduct
Partners must represent sabaki.dance truthfully (in particular: organizers keep 100% of their ticket price; buyers pay the published booking fee), must not send spam, and must comply with applicable law. Misrepresentation or abuse (e.g. fake organizer accounts) leads to removal from the program and forfeits unpaid commissions obtained through the abuse.
6. Term and changes
Either side can end the partnership at any time with effect for the future; commissions already credited remain valid under section 4. sabaki.dance may change the program terms (including fee and commission rates) for the future with reasonable notice; changes do not retroactively affect credited commissions.
